My first year. Found everyone very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I now feel at home in the paddock.

Delighted with my 3 trophys for the year, although I was disappointed with my lack of improvement over the last 2 rounds. A bit frustrated by my fitness and my bike, but hopefully that will motivate me over the winter.

Great sport. Glad I picked this discipline. Well done everyone.

Scottish Supermoto should be very proud of their achievments. It hasen't all been easy but it has all been forward.

This has needed 2 things; Good organisaters and enthusiastic competitors and we are very lucky on both fronts.

I have no doubt that next year will be even better. What the hard work has done is put in place a set up that is attractive and safe for those new to the sport. At the other end our best riders have pushed each other to delivering more meeting after meeting and race after race.

Keep up the good work, keep it safe and simple at one end, and look at ways to raise the bar at the other end. This will make space for more in the middle.

I agree Alan, been a great year. We have taken a large step forward this year with much more organised and professional meetings. Still a lot can be improved for next year.

The track has improved also with the multi lines in the off-roads and the concrete entriesexits.

The racing right through the field has been great with everyone involved in their own personal battles. The lap times have been pushed and pushed all year with qualifying becoming ever more importantdesperate. This year has also seen lots of different winners showing just how competitive the series is with some amazing close racing.

For me high points were:

The weather being mostly very kind to us.
Being involved in some great close racing.
Winning cup class at brit round.
The rising numbers of younger members showing there is a good future.

Low points:
Err last Saturday!!
Poor fitness in early season.
Not taking race wins when at times I had the speed, but lacked aggression (will be sorted for next year!!)

Congratulations to Dougie and other class winners for 2009! Roll on 2010!!

My first year, and best year of motorsport ever for me!

MASSIVE thanks to the individuals who organised the events over the year. Well done lads.

High points for me:

Round 1, 4 wins in b class!

Progression into A class - Awesome for me as I never expected it

Round 5 wet race, 4th place! And rider of the meeting. This made my year worthwhile, and eased the pain and money involved. lol

Sportscity piss up, first time I really spoke with Ben, Gary and bremner. Such a laugh boys, special thanks to the bar man for his shoes - bargin!

Low Points:

Some poor starts at the start of the year!

Taking it too easy when qualifying at times.

Last round, just wasn't my weekend!

I will be racing motocross over winter and will be back in 2010, cheers
Paul

Been a good year for the weather compared to last year, that's for sure! I've never used my wets all season.

HIGHS
- Moving to the KTM from the DRZ.
- Racing the British for the first time, which was also the first day I got to ride the KTM, trial by fire Shocked Embarassed
- Only racing in the dry all year Very Happy

LOWS
- Crap fitness with expanding belly, meaning I get tired and slow down from mid race onwards Sad
- Missing racing the last 3 sunday champs races.

Looking forward to 2010 with the "team pikey" race transporter caravan Very Happy

I'm one of the new faces, having done a track day or 2 - felt the confidence to try the "actual" racing.

Got to say that I've found it a really welcoming "scene" - there is a really positive feel to what you guys have put together. Scottishsupermoto - you've got it just right, something for everyone.. anyone looking to enjoy their weekends on a Motorcycle - you'll not go far wrong at Crail.

So - I'd just like to say thanks to whoever takes the effort to put together these meets, you're doing an excellent job ... & it's appreciated.

Well done - looking forward to putting in a full season in 2010 & seeing you guys there.

Cheers... Russ
